The frames are manufactured from 3mm steel. Either in mild steel with factory coated red oxide or pre-galvanized steel. The rebate section measures 50 x 25mm
The doors are fitted to the frame with a heavy duty continuous hinge. This eliminates the gap between the door and the frame, preventing the door from being pried open or removed.
A viewing panel consists of a 300mm x 200mm bullet resistant glass (38mm) in a metal frame. It is designed so that the frame cannot be unscrewed from the attack side of the door.
The doors are fitted with a single or double (depending on requirements) security lock with key operation externally, and thumb turn release internally. Pull handles are fitted to both sides of the door (300mm)
The finish of the door would be to the Architects requirements.
The door and frame unit must be installed square true and plumb with the door in the closed position. The bottom leading edge of the door must be wedged to support the vertical load of the door on the frame. The wedge should not be removed until the brickwork is cured
2032X 813 / 900 / 1000. Anti-Bandit Doors are not manufactured as a double leaf.
